The Brixton San Francisco has opened the second location of its iconic, rock 'n roll inspired restaurant. The Brixton on 2nd is a full service restaurant with a lively bar and cafe and features two separate private dining rooms available for guests. Rising Star Chef Banks White serves elevated American comfort food with a modern twist.

Chef Banks White

Banks White is the culinary director for Hat Trick Hospitality, whose portfolio includes The Brixton, Rambler and the second location of The Brixton. His career includes Auberge du Soleil; Etoile Domaine Chandon; FIVE in Berkeley, a Michelin Bib Gourmand rated restaurant; and Mintons in New York. In 2017, he became executive chef of The Brixton's sister restaurant, Rambler, located in Union Square, which began his start with the growing restaurant group. His culinary philosophy is rooted in the rich tradition of Southern hospitality looking through a Bay Area lens, utilizing simple techniques to make food stand out, and showcasing finer touches and finesse that combine high-quality dining and approachable style.
