These terms apply when you use brixtonsf.com and our automated assistants on Google or our website, operated by H & A Entertainment LLC dba The Brixton. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Automated assistant. Our AI assistant answers questions and helps with bookings and inquiries. Its answers are informational and can be wrong. Menu items, prices, hours, and availability can change, so please confirm anything important with our staff. A reservation or order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Reservations and orders. Our posted policies on cancellations, deposits, and large parties apply. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID.
Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site or the assistant, including spamming, abusive messages, or attempts to interfere with how they work.
Liability. The site and assistant are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes. We may update these terms. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law. California law governs these terms.
